In social CRM marketing, integrating social media with CRM is vital for responding to customer conversations successfully. Social media CRM experts know that having a tactical social media plan can play a large role in effectively translating conversations into transactions. This Social Media Marketing Class, 10 Steps to Integrate Social Media and CRM, as taught by instructor Jesus Hoyos, provides the pathway to turning social media into a channel that drives transactions.
With knowledge gained through OMI, I interviewed successfully for a newly created position at a nationally recognized university as the Digital Content Specialist for the College of Visual and Performing Arts (CVPA) at West Chester University. I truly believe the knowledge I gained through OMI was the difference during the interview process of this new position.
